How are you really doing? As objective evaluators, we use tried-and-tested tools to evaluate schools’ existing relationship-based learning programs by conducting document reviews, classroom observations, focus groups, and individual interviews. After a thorough analysis, we offer practical solutions for improvement.  

Ongoing Consulting Sessions

We provide individual leaders and leadership teams ongoing support and collaborative problem-solving time. In a series of bi-weekly meetings, leaders meet with Ellen for consultation, capacity-building, curated resources, social problem solving and more. We have worked with schools in this capacity who are looking for ongoing support in program design and implementation, change management, improving school culture, and staff wellbeing.
